📋 Description

• Design and orchestrate AI-driven workflows for different stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements definition through maintenance and system evolution. • Design architectures based on autonomous agents, promoting an AI-first approach to Software Engineering. • Create, evolve, and manage specialized agents for development, QA, DevOps, Product Management, and operational support activities. • Define context management strategies, token optimization, and prompt engineering to maximize the efficiency of AI models. • Structure and maintain knowledge bases, technical documentation, and Architectural Decision Records (ADRs), ensuring consistency and reuse of information by agents. • Develop evaluation processes (Evals) to monitor agent quality, accuracy, and behavior, reducing hallucinations and promoting continuous improvement. • Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements, architectural standards, and security practices. • Act as a technical reference for the evolution of AI platforms and ecosystems applied to software development.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Software Architecture, Software Engineering, or Platform Engineering. • Experience designing distributed architectures, system integration, and defining engineering standards. • Knowledge of agentic workflows, AI engineering, or applying Artificial Intelligence within the software development lifecycle. • Experience with prompt engineering, context management, and optimizing interactions with LLMs. • Ability to translate business rules and technical knowledge into structured flows and heuristics for AI agents. • Knowledge of systems architecture, APIs, microservices, and software development best practices. • Experience with observability, monitoring, and analysis of system behavior. • Analytical profile with strong problem-solving skills and strategic vision. • Advanced English for consuming technical documentation and constructing prompts.
