📋 Description

• Provide support to system users. • Handle tickets, incidents, and enhancements for existing systems according to prioritization. • Specify new requirements, create prototypes, and prepare documentation so they can be developed by others as well. • Prepare system documentation and operating manuals. • Develop new features and implement new systems as needed. • Test new implementations and ensure they function properly and meet quality standards. • Design and implement new database structures. • Implement integrations between systems. • Regularly report the progress of requirements to the supervisor. • Meet with users to clarify requirements and gather information for system-related requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • Previous experience as a Systems Analyst. • Experience developing with Angular 11 or later; Flutter experience is a plus. • Knowledge of frontend concepts (HTML, CSS, components, bindings, and routing) and REST API consumption. • Experience with software architecture and design patterns (SOLID, Clean Architecture, MVVM, and DDD). • Ability to write queries in SQL Server databases. • Experience with API testing tools such as Insomnia, Postman, or similar. • Experience using Git and GitHub. • Experience updating activities in management tools such as GLPI, Planner, Jira, or Azure DevOps. • Knowledge of prototyping and wireframing tools such as Figma and similar platforms. • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. • Knowledge of SQL databases. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Availability to work under the CLT employment regime.
