📋 Description

• Provide support to system users. • Respond to tickets, incidents, and system improvement requests according to prioritization. • Specify new requirements, create prototypes, and document them so they can be developed by others. • Prepare system documentation and operation manuals. • Develop new features and implement new systems as required. • Test new implementations and ensure they operate with the required level of quality. • Design and implement new database structures. • Implement integrations between systems. • Regularly report progress on tasks to your supervisor. • Meet with users to gather details and collect information for system requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • Previous experience as a Systems Analyst. • Experience developing with Angular 11+; Flutter is desirable. • Knowledge of front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, components, bindings, routing) and consuming REST APIs. • Experience with software architecture and design patterns (SOLID, Clean Architecture, MVVM, DDD). • Ability to perform queries on SQL Server databases. • Experience with API testing tools such as Insomnia, Postman, or similar. • Experience using Git and GitHub. • Updating activities in management tools such as GLPI, Planner, Jira, or Azure DevOps. • Knowledge of prototyping/wireframing tools (Figma, etc.). • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. • Knowledge of SQL databases. • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
