📋 Description

• Serve as a technical reference for client teams, supporting decisions related to architecture, development, and SDLC evolution • Implement and adapt Flow offerings to each project's technical context • Identify opportunities to apply AI to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency in software development • Support the adoption of AI Coding tools and AI-assisted development practices • Develop and enhance software solutions in production environments • Support technology modernization, architecture, and platform evolution initiatives • Mentor software developers and promote engineering best practices and effective use of AI • Assess the results of solution adoption and contribute to team autonomy

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in software development and applications running in production environments • Solid knowledge of the SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, operations, and maintenance • Experience with Generative AI and LLMs applied to software development • Hands-on experience with AI Coding, code generation, testing, documentation, or automation of development activities using AI • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and best practices for interacting with LLMs • Familiarity with AI Agents, RAG, and different LLM models and providers • Experience with the architecture and development of distributed applications • Knowledge of Java, Node.js, Python, .NET, or another modern backend language • Experience with APIs, integrations, and databases • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and automation • Strong communication skills, technical influence, and a consultative approach • Advanced English proficiency for written and verbal communication • Preferred: experience with Agentic SDLC or AI agent-assisted development • Preferred: knowledge of Spec-Driven Development or Contract-First development • Preferred: experience modernizing legacy systems using AI • Preferred: knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code • Preferred: experience with observability, security, and performance in distributed systems • Preferred: consulting experience or experience embedded in client projects
