📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure backend services using Python/Django and Java/Spring Boot • Develop dynamic, responsive user interface features using TypeScript and React • Embed Large Language Models, generative AI assistants, and agentic frameworks into web applications • Implement secure REST API protocols, OAuth 2.0 workflows, advanced token management, and AI security guardrails • Protect sensitive data and implement context isolation • Maintain clean technical documentation • Manage JIRA workflows • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into production-ready features • Participate in key ceremonies, stand-ups, and collaborative sessions during standard Austin business hours

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, hands-on development experience with Python/Django • Strong, hands-on development experience with Java/Spring Boot • Solid hands-on experience building dynamic UI features in TypeScript and React • Proven track record integrating web applications with LLMs, generative AI assistants, or agentic frameworks • Deep experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, scopes, token management, and AI security guardrails • Experience with sensitive data protection and context isolation • Strong JIRA workflow practices • Clean technical documentation skills • Fluent verbal and written English • Consistent overlap with teams in Central Time (CT) • Nice to have: Workday and/or iCIMS API integration experience • Nice to have: Hands-on experience developing or managing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, tools, and resources
