📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, low-latency RESTful APIs and microservices • Ensure the robustness and quality of deliverables through automated testing (unit, integration, and load testing) and comprehensive code coverage • Collaborate actively with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Data Engineers to translate complex business problems into efficient technical solutions • Identify performance bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements to architecture and database queries • Proactively monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues to keep our services stable and reliable • Support the technical development of less senior professionals (L1 and L2), promoting engineering best practices and a culture of mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or C# (.NET Core) • Practical experience building and maintaining microservices architectures and distributed systems • Advanced knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB) • Experience with messaging and asynchronous event processing (Kafka or RabbitMQ) • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes) • Advanced knowledge of version control (Git) and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines • Previous experience in fintech, payments, or high-scale transactional financial platforms • Practical expertise in Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, or hexagonal architectures • Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace)
