📋 Description

• Own product capabilities end to end across the web platform and mobile apps, from first commit through production monitoring • Architect and build features using React, Node.js, and React Native • Model campaign operations, distribution tracking, and multi-step business processes as durable Temporal workflows • Integrate LLMs, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation into the product • Extend proprietary AI applications and help define future AI capabilities • Partner with Product Managers, designers, and operations to shape requirements, run experiments, analyze data, and deliver adopted solutions • Deploy services to AWS ECS and maintain fast, reliable CI/CD pipelines • Improve production performance and observability • Lead technical design reviews, mentor teammates, and refine engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience building customer-facing web applications • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and React • Production experience integrating LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and AWS Bedrock, into application workflows • Strong working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL and MongoDB • Experience deploying and operating cloud services, ideally on AWS • Upper-intermediate or fluent English with strong asynchronous communication skills • Nice to have: Temporal or similar workflow engines such as Cadence, Step Functions, or Airflow • Nice to have: TypeScript and AWS services, especially ECS • Nice to have: React Native for iOS and Android • Nice to have: RAG pipelines, embeddings, evals, or agentic tool use • Nice to have: Product experiments, telemetry and analytics instrumentation, and rapid prototyping
