📋 Description

• Contribute to shaping the technical vision for the Managed Services and Agentic Ops practice • Contribute to the growth of a new support and managed services practice and offering • Apply AI agents to transform operations, increasing efficiency, quality, and value delivered to clients • Work in support and operations environments, including Site Reliability Engineering and managed services • Interact directly with clients and global partners • Simplify complex concepts for clients • Work autonomously and with clarity in an environment that is still being built

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in support and operations environments, including Site Reliability Engineering and managed services • Proficiency in artificial intelligence, including LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and GenAI • Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles • Advanced English proficiency for interactions with clients and global partners • Ability to work autonomously and with clarity in an environment that is still being built • Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, and Grafana is a plus • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps / DevSecOps practices is a plus • Experience with ITSM frameworks and tools such as ServiceNow and Jira Service Management is a plus
