📋 Description

• Lead squad engineers in designing, developing, configuring, maintaining, and testing computer software • Translate user stories from the backlog into working code using modern design patterns and architectural principles • Assist squad members with technical challenges and guide solutions aligned with the squad’s technology strategy • Ensure code quality, documentation, efficiency, maintainability, and adherence to established standards • Drive software testing and deployment with sufficient automated testing • Mentor and coach technical team members through activities such as code reviews • Enhance operational efficiency through the SDLC Toolchain and automation tools and scripts, including CI/CD automation • Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision • Collaborate with other Lead Engineers and squads to manage risks and cross-squad dependencies • Assist the Product Owner with user stories, acceptance criteria, and resource allocation • Manage technical debt, including vulnerability scans • Oversee code movement through environments and into production • Contribute to user story development during sprints when needed • Foster a culture focused on helping individuals and organizations • Advocate for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion • Promote mentorship and sponsorship and maintain proactive communication with developers

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Fullstack Web technologies, particularly ReactJS and NextJS • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC/SFMC) • Willingness to learn additional technologies • Background in Data Engineering & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud Dev & Security, and Software Development • Ability to manage technical priorities within the backlog • Functional knowledge of CI/CD pipelines • Functional knowledge of test automation • Functional knowledge of solution architecture • Functional knowledge of API architecture • Functional knowledge of systems integration • Understanding of different architectural viewpoints and dependency management • Ability to design high-performing and secure software solutions using appropriate tools and languages • Knowledge of leading software development practices and standards • Ability to navigate complex and multiple release schedules across different technologies
