📋 Description

• Develop and introduce new business to Cielo • Deliver retained executive search business through a team of researchers • Win and deliver retained search assignments • Manage senior stakeholder and client relationships • Direct project teams • Write insightful profiles and reports • Manage projects within tight timescales and high-demand client environments • Build and maintain external networks • Increase knowledge and commercial awareness of attraction methodologies and innovations • Produce and analyze data to identify opportunities and drive decisions • Analyze complex situations and provide workable solutions to stakeholders • Work independently and use own initiative

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable track record in winning and delivering retained search assignments • Sophisticated networking and sales skills • Deep subject matter expertise in one or more industry sectors • 10+ years’ experience delivering to revenue targets • Considerable experience in senior stakeholder and client relationship management, including directing project teams • Experience in a research-driven executive search environment • Experience writing insightful profiles and reports • Experience working within tight timescales and high-demand clients or environments • Strong external networks and understanding of best practice • Ability to build robust relationships based on trust and confidence, with a proven track record of delivering results benefiting customer business objectives • Effective project management skills • Proactive knowledge and commercial awareness of new attraction methodologies • Ability to produce and analyze data, identify opportunities, and use data to drive decisions • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex situations and provide workable solutions • Customer-focused, able to work independently and use own initiative • Degree educated or equivalent • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential • Fluency in one other language is ideal but not essential • International experience is highly desirable • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Strong influencing and negotiation skills • Strong stakeholder management skills • Strong communication skills • Commercial awareness • Resilience • Creativity • Attention to detail • Inclusive and open-minded attitude • Positive attitude • Learning agility
