📋 Description
• Manage and administer the end-to-end sales process, including prospect intake and system setup. • Opportunity tracking and client onboarding coordination. • Monitor deal progression and ensure timely movement through each stage. • Perform pricing analysis and calculations based on predefined models and data inputs. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and sales trackers. • Ensure accurate entry of sales data into financial systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required. • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or commercial support roles. • Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). • Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools. • Familiarity with data-driven products or industries preferred. • Native-level or business-professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
