📋 Description

• Close pre-approved auto refinance customers • Sell optional finance and protection products • Make 60+ outbound calls daily • Manage a high-volume pipeline from application to funding • Hit targets to earn more leads and increase earnings • Work with pre-approved leads and overcome objections • Drive loans from application to funding

🎯 Requirements

• Spanish-speaking role; must be able to read and write in English • Sales, call center, or automotive experience • Competitive, resilient, and money-motivated • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, performance-driven environments • Desktop or laptop PC capable of installing and running the Windows App • Device must support a hardwired (Ethernet) connection • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Must provide own headset, mouse, and keyboard • Ability to maintain and update personal devices • Must be located in Mexico, Colombia, or the Dominican Republic
