📋 Description

• New client acquisition: identifying and approaching potential clients in tax advisory, accounting firms, and bookkeeping service providers • Building and maintaining relationships at all levels • Managing the entire sales cycle – from lead qualification through presentations and negotiations to closing • Analyzing customer needs and developing tailored solution proposals • Preparing and delivering product presentations, demos, and pitches customized to clients’ needs • Building and maintaining the sales pipeline and forecasting, and using the CRM system (HubSpot) to manage and track leads and opportunities • Close collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, Solution Consulting) to ensure a successful sales process • Participation in customer events, conferences, and trade shows

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B software sales (preferably SaaS), ideally in tax advisory, accounting firms, or bookkeeping service providers • Proven track record of developing and closing sales deals • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams • High self-motivation and target orientation • Analytical, entrepreneurial mindset and structured working style • Business-fluent German and English • Completed degree (Bachelor and/or Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Ideally, knowledge of complementary products such as Addison, Agenda, DATEV, or Simba
