📋 Description

• Prepare financial statements from source documents provided by clients • Perform general ledger entries • Reconcile bank, payroll and other accounts • Complete bank reconciliations • Complete payroll reconciliations • Complete monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements • Prepare corporate tax returns • Prepare individual tax returns • Accurately prepare necessary paperwork for tax returns • Keep records of financial transactions and balance the books • Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes • Collaborate with internal departments

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics • 2-3 years working experience with US Taxes specifically • Fluency in English (Written and Verbal) • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel • Knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping procedures • Familiarity with accounting software packages • Good communication skills with proactive, supportive and positive approach • 2 years experience working with UltraTax Software (must have)
