• Manage partnerships with waste management organisations in Tanzania, Egypt, and partially Indonesia • Coordinate waste collection and social compliance processes to meet CleanHub standards • Design and implement track-and-trace processes for projects • Coordinate and liaise with brand customers for site visits • Communicate partner updates and feedback to the CleanHub team • Travel as needed to visit project sites
• Confident English communication skills • Swahili language skills • Residing in Tanzania • Ability to travel locally to project and partner sites • 3–4 years of relevant work experience (e.g. project coordination, sustainability, community/field work, or a related area) • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a proactive problem-solving approach • Ability to adapt quickly to novel tasks with attention to detail • Ability to collaborate with a remote, multicultural team • Access to a stable internet connection • Genuine interest in waste management and familiarity with its challenges • University degree or equivalent experience in any field; preference for sustainable development, public policy, or environmental science • Minimum age of 18 years • Short cover letter in English • May be asked to provide a short video introduction if shortlisted
