• Build and lead a high-performing traveling door-to-door sales team supporting new and priority Fiber Deployment Areas across Clearwave Fiber’s 12-state footprint • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop up to 10 Sales Executives • Own team performance, culture, field execution, and deployment effectiveness • Develop deployment strategies, manage territories and resources, and adjust field execution based on market conditions and performance trends • Lead deployments throughout Clearwave Fiber’s 12-state footprint, traveling up to 75% as business needs require • Maintain a strong recruiting pipeline and develop team members through onboarding, field coaching, performance reviews, and professional development • Create a high-energy, competitive, and accountable team culture • Conduct ride-alongs, field observations, and real-time coaching • Develop Sales Executives in prospecting, customer engagement, objection handling, closing, customer experience, territory management, and pipeline management • Manage performance using FDA penetration, sales, installations, conversion, activity, pipeline, cancellation, fallout, and recapture KPIs • Use KPI data to identify trends, coach performance, forecast results, improve productivity, and optimize deployment strategy • Ensure consistent territory management, sales processes, customer experience standards, and reporting • Provide visibility into FDA penetration, sales performance, field activity, pipeline health, installation results, and deployment outcomes • Keep the team productive in designated home markets during non-deployment periods through local selling, pipeline management, installation follow-up, fallout management, and recapture • Partner with Regional and local market leadership, Operations, Marketing, Construction, Sales Enablement, and other internal teams • Share field insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to improve market execution and future deployment strategies • Perform additional duties supporting business objectives, market growth, and the Direct Sales organization
• Proven field sales leadership experience in a high-energy, performance-driven environment • Strong recruiting, coaching, developing, and frontline sales team accountability skills • Data-driven approach to managing performance through measurable KPIs • Adaptability across multiple markets and changing business priorities • Effective communication and strong field leadership presence • Competitive, operationally disciplined, and committed to developing talent • Comfortable making decisions and adjusting deployment strategies based on market and performance data • Willing and able to travel extensively • 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in direct sales, D2D, telecommunications, fiber, broadband, wireless, or home services • Experience recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing frontline sales professionals • Strong understanding of activity-based sales management, KPIs, conversion, pipeline management, and performance reporting • Experience with new market launches, territory expansion, or building and scaling sales teams preferred • Demonstrated ability to manage performance across multiple territories or markets • Strong communication, operational discipline, analytical, and field leadership skills • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company travel requirements
