📋 Description

• Central interface between the business unit and IT to coordinate technical requirements. • Evaluation of technical and functional requirements. • Development of solutions through data and process modeling. • Creation of specifications using various modeling techniques. • Support for the development team throughout the entire development process. • Support in setting up and continuously developing the Business Analyst team. • Contribution to the development of tailored solutions for sales.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in collaboration between IT and the business. • Completed university degree in an IT-related field or an equivalent qualification. • Extensive knowledge in process capture, optimization and modeling. • Solid understanding of modern IT and agile project management methods. • Deep expertise in writing user stories and supporting the software development process. • Experience in process modeling, ideally with Camunda, is an advantage. • Ability to communicate complex business and IT concepts competently and clearly. • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
