📋 Description
• Support the on-boarding of employers and candidates on the jobs board platform. • Reach out to startup founders and hiring managers to generate leads and encourage job postings. • Connect with placement officers of colleges and universities to build a strong candidate pipeline. • Conduct outreach and follow-ups with startups and ecosystem partners. • Maintain and update tracking sheets and outreach databases. • Support partnerships and ecosystem engagement activities related to the jobs board.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, management, or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in outreach, partnerships, recruitment coordination, or ecosystem engagement. • Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or similar recruitment platforms will be an advantage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. • Good organizational and follow-up skills. • Ability to manage multiple outreach conversations and leads simultaneously.
