📋 Description

• Own regional product growth outcomes for the Clinical Pathology and Blood Bank product portfolio by defining clear OKRs/KPIs (e.g. TAM, SAM, SOM), partnering with cross-functional leaders, and ensuring objectives tie directly to commercial, adoption, and customer value goals. • Develop, communicate, and iterate the regional product vision and multi-year roadmap, ensuring alignment to market needs, regulatory requirements, and Clinisys' global strategy. • Maintain comprehensive market intelligence by building a trusted network with key accounts, partners and influencers, analysing customer segmentation, trends, policy shifts, competitor movements, partner activity, and ecosystem changes to proactively adjust product direction. • Drive an AI-first, data-led product operating cadence (customer insights, backlog health, roadmap reviews and release readiness), continuously improving product management processes, governance and stakeholder communication. • Lead robust Voice of Customer programmes including interviews, workshops, site visits, and structured insight synthesis, ensuring customer value and pains directly shape product decisions. • Lead discovery, backlog prioritisation (alongside other product managers where applicable), and solution design with Product, Engineering, and UX, ensuring clarity of requirements, alignment on trade-offs, and delivery of high-quality, clinically safe features. • Act as a discipline/domain subject matter expert, ensuring clinical and operational requirements are accurately translated into clear product requirements and delivery decisions. • Mentor and coach junior Product Managers and Product Analysts, elevating product craft, analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, and customer-centric decision-making across the team. • Represent Product Management at regional leadership forums, influence strategic decisions, and ensure alignment between regional priorities and global product direction. • Drive regional go-to-market and ecosystem success: partner with Sales and Marketing on launches, messaging, bids/tenders and win/loss improvement; own key regional delivery partnerships (e.g., system integrators) and 3rd‑party integrations to accelerate deployments and strengthen competitive position. • Instrument and monitor product performance across usage, adoption, retention, NPS, upgrade patterns, support drivers, and commercial KPIs, driving structured improvement actions.
