📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for Clio's French legal content • Set targets for completeness, update speed, enrichment depth, and reliability • Match or beat LexisNexis France, Dalloz, and Lamy on coverage, currency, and quality • Improve win rates, trust, retention, and revenue from French content • Map and prioritize gaps in French case law and legislation • Lead build, buy, and license decisions with Licensing, Legal, and Corporate Development • Run a ranked backlog with Content Operations and Engineering and guide the move to Iceberg • Build resilient, scalable pipelines owned by Clio • Set standards for monitoring, fault tolerance, and recovery for Vincent and Clio Work • Improve case law and legislative metadata, including citations, amendments, case summaries, and hierarchy • Pair editorial review with AI tools and improve content discoverability and downstream AI usability • Work with Finance and FP&A on French content spend and build performance dashboards • Present roadmap progress, risk, and business impact to the Content Committee quarterly • Benchmark French coverage against regional legal content providers and track AI and NLP methods • Build partnerships with courts, publishers, and open-data groups • Train Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams on Clio's French content • Maintain the internal French Legal Materials Reference Guide • Advise enterprise deals requiring deep French legal content knowledge • Document content strengths for Product Marketing and Sales Enablement

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 10 years in legal publishing, legal data work, or content and product management • Record of owning a content portfolio from start to finish • Deep knowledge of the French legal system and legal publishing market • Direct experience working with French case law and legislation for legal research or practice platforms • Record of setting strategy and owning results at a senior or staff level • Strong product ownership • Ability to lead across teams with no direct reports • Prioritization based on numbers and ROI math • Technical comfort with ETL pipelines, ingestion systems, and metadata structures • Clear communication with technical and non-technical people, including executives • Record of setting standards that other teams follow • Keen interest in improving craft by using AI
