📋 Description
• Leading a creative team toward delivering high-quality outputs that meet client expectations • Helping maintain a healthy work environment and uplifting overall team morale • Balancing structure, communication, creativity, and people management with confidence and empathy
🎯 Requirements
• Has the ownership and discernment to recognize when an output is not yet up to standard and proactively escalate it to leadership for review before delivery • Knowledgeable in or willing to learn project management tools that help both clients and creatives maintain an efficient and organized workflow • Strong communication skills with great finesse and professionalism when coordinating requests, timelines, and feedback • Able to lead creative projects while ensuring deliverables are completed smoothly and on time • Supports a positive and collaborative team culture • Big Plus • Knowledgeable in paid ads (such as Meta Ads) • Former editor, creative director, or multimedia artist
