📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business process requirements • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement • Create process maps and detailed process documentation for RPA development • Support automation initiatives using Python and RPA tools • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for automation projects • Test and validate automated solutions to ensure they meet business requirements • Manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and project timelines • Communicate process insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, or a similar role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in stakeholder management and requirement gathering • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Familiarity with RPA tools and process automation • Proficiency in Python • Six Sigma certification (nice to have) • Experience with Celonis or other process mining tools (nice to have) • Knowledge of task mining and process simulation (nice to have) • Experience with Automation Anywhere or other RPA automation platforms (nice to have) • Experience working in Agile environments (nice to have)
