📋 Description
• Analyze business requirements and deliver SAP DTC/Retail solutions aligned with business objectives. • Configure and support SAP Direct-to-Customer (DTC) and Retail business processes. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios. • Support integrations with SAP and third-party applications. • Participate in project planning, deployments, cutover activities, and post-go-live support. • Ensure compliance with country-specific localization and regulatory requirements. • Provide functional guidance and recommend best practices to optimize retail operations.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and support • Strong expertise in SAP Direct-to-Customer (DTC) and SAP Retail • Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and functional documentation • Strong understanding of retail business processes, order management, and supply chain • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to work independently in a global remote project environment. • Experience with Brazil SAP Localization (preferred) • Experience with Colombia XStore Localization (preferred)
