📋 Description

• Contribute to Workday projects for established clients in the mid-market and enterprise sectors • Implement new Workday modules and enhancements • Deliver integrations and automations • Develop reporting and analytics solutions • Provide ongoing Workday support • Handle client requirements independently or collaborate with the internal team • Develop sustainable solutions for clients • Participate in introductory, project-matching, and onboarding discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Workday • Strong expertise in at least two Workday modules • Ability to independently resolve complex requirements • Ability to share knowledge with others • Fluent written and spoken German and English • Hands-on mentality • Direct and clear communication with the company and clients • Independent working style • Workday certification is welcome but not required • Submit a LinkedIn profile and/or résumé, as well as current availability, during the application process
