📋 Description

• Support a U.S. wealth management firm helping clients grow net worth toward a work-optional retirement • Translate existing client information, files, and statements into eMoney plans • Enter household income, expenses, assets, liabilities, accounts, insurance, and estate details into eMoney • Build initial planning scenarios, such as retiring at age 60 versus 65, for advisor review • Flag missing or outdated information for advisor follow-up • Maintain consistent and complete setup across every plan • Report progress regularly to the advisory team • Collaborate through regular check-ins, Slack, and Zoom • Follow review, privacy, MFA, and least-privilege access standards

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers • Working knowledge of retirement accounts, insurance, and basic tax treatment • Comfort reading brokerage, retirement, and insurance statements • Self-directed remote work habits • Strict confidentiality with client data • Strong written English for clear progress updates • Comfortable working U.S. business hours or overlap hours if required • Full-time exclusivity; no other part-time, freelance, or conflicting professional engagements once hired • Must provide a Certificate of Employment from most recent employment • Must provide a valid NBI Clearance for Philippines candidates, Certified Background Check for Latin America candidates, or Certificate of Clearance for South African candidates • Preferred: hands-on experience with eMoney Advisor, RightCapital, or MoneyGuidePro • Preferred: background in financial planning, wealth management, or accounting • Willingness to work U.S. time zone shifts • Character and professional reference checks • LinkedIn profile must be updated to reflect CAS as the new employer • Compliance with company monitoring practices on company-provided devices
