📋 Description

• Create, refine, and troubleshoot reports across Cloudbeds' PMS reporting suite • Proactively investigate and troubleshoot data inconsistencies • Guide hoteliers through ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance metrics • Turn raw operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights • Answer reporting-related customer questions via calls and emails • Partner with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success to improve customer access to and interpretation of reporting data

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience working with Hotel Property Management Systems, channel managers and similar systems • A proven track record in onboarding, implementation, or Tier 2/3 technical support with a natural ability to teach and guide users • Power-user skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data cleaning • Strong understanding of basic data management principles, data mapping, parsing, and root-cause error analysis • Exceptional precision when handling sensitive historical, financial, and guest records • Highly tech-savvy with cloud-based workflows • Reliable, high-speed internet connection for video coaching sessions • Currently authorized to work in the location where the position is located without requiring visa sponsorship • Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is optional • Prior experience with business intelligence dashboards or advanced financial reporting structures is optional
