• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and new clients. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technology solutions. • Address prospect and client inquiries and concerns promptly. • Grow business by expanding our footprints with new customers. • Responsible for building a solid pipeline for new logo clients. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding customer base. • Sell managed services and push digital adoption for new and existing customer portfolios. • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities. • Analyze customers business needs: Identify strategic partnership opportunities, and develop strategies to ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.
• Associates degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales • Strong understanding of technology products and solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. • Strong follow up skills and motivated to break into new accounts through continuous effort. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience working with CRM (SalesForce)
