📋 Description

• Leading an agile Scrum team and guiding them towards success • Working on projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum and test-driven development • Expanding your knowledge and experience by working on various exciting projects and sharing your expertise with the team • Applying your communication skills in a diverse team environment • Being the go-to person for technical questions and providing technical support to your team members • Ensuring that the project adheres to our technical quality standards, such as test-driven development • Designing sustainable state-of-the-art software solutions • Providing technical leadership to your team members and guiding them in their professional growth • Constantly developing and improving your tech-stack and architecture know-how

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in designing and communicating software architecture in cloud systems to all stakeholders • Ability to estimate the financial impact of architecture alternatives • In-depth knowledge of analytics, object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and modularization • Hands-on experience with container technologies (Kubernetes) and ideally also with Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, Google) • Joy for coding, especially with Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Angular • Familiarity with the books "Release It" and "Software Architecture for Developers" • Extensive experience in developing software applications with Java for years • Detail-oriented with an ability to keep track of the big picture • Enjoy leading development teams • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) for Austria, Fluency in Romanian and English (both written and spoken) for Romania
