📋 Description
• Own onboarding of newly signed customers from signed contract to go-live and handover • Coordinate customers, Customer Service, Operations, WMS/integration, Billing and carriers • Run customer kick-off and status calls • Maintain timelines, open items and risks • Ensure rates, sales orders, carrier accounts and integrations are correctly set up before go-live • Support Account Management projects for existing customers, including new locations, sales channels and service changes • Implement non-technical customer processes and prepare data, documentation and business-review follow-ups • Support Bergen EU leadership projects including process improvements, cost reviews and new-service launches • Plan tasks, track progress and report status to stakeholders • Generate and maintain customer rate cards for UPS, DHL, DPD and other carriers • Set up and implement carrier accounts and services • Act as first point of contact for carrier delays, claims, surcharges and invoice discrepancies • Analyse carrier invoices and costs and support savings initiatives • Identify recurring issues and bottlenecks, propose fixes and help roll them out • Document and standardise ways of working, including onboarding checklists and templates • Report to the Commercial Director and work with customers, carriers and Bergen EU leadership across Europe and the US
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, 3PL/fulfilment, e-commerce operations, account management or project coordination • Proven project management skills — planning, prioritising, tracking and following through with many stakeholders, with several onboardings and projects moving at once • Confidence on customer calls, including leading meetings and handling escalations • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for building rate cards and analysing invoices • Strong problem-solving skills — finding root causes and driving fixes • Highly organised, with a structured way of working and strong attention to detail • A proactive mindset — spotting issues early and suggesting improvements without being asked • Fluent English, spoken and written • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business or a related field, or equivalent experience • Ability to work effectively and proactively in a cross-border, distributed team • Familiarity with parcel carriers (UPS, DHL, DPD) and their rate structures • Experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS) • Experience with task management tools such as Jira, Notion or Monday • Exposure to a shared services or multi-entity group environment
