📋 Description

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, dynamic, and effective live online classes • Ensure punctuality at the start and end of activities • Follow the schedules established for each class, in accordance with the methodology and instructional plan • Follow the guidelines, procedures, and standards set out in the Conecta Project Guide • Take attendance and record students’ attendance in the system • Complete class logs with the content covered and relevant information • Assign and grade homework, activities, and written and oral assessments • Provide students with clear and constructive feedback • Enter grades, assessments, assignments, activities, and other academic information into the school management system • Submit report cards, reports, and other requested educational documents • Monitor students’ performance, participation, and progress, reporting relevant situations to the academic coordination team • Encourage student participation and engagement • Guide students in using educational tools and resources, such as CNA Net • Maintain professional and collaborative communication with the academic coordination team and staff • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and alignment meetings as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication skills and confidence in all four language skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing • Strong teaching skills, communication abilities, and confidence in delivering live online classes • Ability to work with different age groups and proficiency levels • Knowledge of and familiarity with educational technology, videoconferencing platforms, and digital tools used in online teaching • Organization, reliability, commitment, and punctuality • Ability to follow teaching methodologies, plans, procedures, and educational guidelines, including the directives established by the Conecta Project • Availability to participate in training sessions, professional development programs, meetings, and educational events • Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously pursue professional and instructional development • Own computer or laptop, stable internet access, and a suitable environment for delivering high-quality online classes • Previous experience as an English teacher at language schools or educational institutions is considered an advantage • Completed or ongoing degree in Languages, Education, Translation, or a related field is considered an advantage • International proficiency certifications are considered an advantage
