📋 Description

• Structure and deliver technical training and professional development programs • Develop and update content, materials, and learning paths • Serve as a mentor and technical resource for team members • Support onboarding and the ongoing development of contractors • Identify training needs and propose improvements • Track contractors’ progress and training effectiveness • Research and incorporate new BIM technologies, tools, and best practices • Support strategic projects by performing modeling and technical reviews as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with BIM and an interest in technology and innovation • Experience in training, professional development, mentoring, or technical development • Strong communication skills and the ability to share knowledge clearly and practically • Knowledge of Revit, Forma, and Navisworks • Proactive, organized, collaborative, and continuous-improvement-oriented mindset • Ability to develop and adapt technical learning materials, content, and resources • Advanced English proficiency • Preferred: knowledge of Dynamo, Power BI, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam • Preferred: experience developing BIM standards, technical documentation, workflows, and best practices
