📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targeted sales growth in the Nordic region. • Identify and engage with potential clients, fostering relationships that lead to new business opportunities. • Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities. • Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring mutually beneficial terms. • Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates and reports to management. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Nordic market. • Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote Dingli products and enhance the company’s visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the machinery or construction industry, preferably in aerial work platforms. • In-depth knowledge of the Nordic market and established networks within the region. • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive growth. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Proficient in English; fluency in Scandinavian languages is an advantage. • Willingness to travel extensively across the Nordic countries.
