📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. • Support product planning activities by refining and prioritizing backlog items to align business objectives, technical constraints, and delivery timelines. • Participate in solution design and systems analysis activities to ensure proposed solutions meet both functional and non‑functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and reliability considerations. • Support the delivery lifecycle from concept through implementation by contributing to backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and release coordination. • Analyze existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization or modernization. • Act as a liaison between business and delivery teams, providing ongoing clarification of requirements, supporting testing and validation activities, and helping ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions. • Provide clear and consistent communication across stakeholders, sharing progress updates, risks, and dependencies to support informed decision‑making. • Develop and maintain functional and integration test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring coverage across end‑to‑end business and system scenarios. • Support test execution activities during sprint cycles, system integration testing, and deployments, including defect triage, validation of fixes, and verification of release readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Ability to analyze and document complex service‑based and integration‑driven IT systems, including service orchestration and assurance platforms • 3+ years Experience supporting Agile teams by managing backlogs, refining features and user stories, and participating in Scrum or SAFe ceremonies • 3+ years Strong capability to elicit, analyze, and document functional, non‑functional, and integration requirements, ensuring alignment with business and program objectives • 3+ years Good understanding of service assurance and service management concepts, including event correlation, workflow orchestration, operational processes, and performance metrics • 3+ years Proven ability to collaborate with Business Owners, Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and Delivery teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely delivery • Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and requirements to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, while actively listening to understand business needs, constraints, and concerns. • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments, with the flexibility to adapt priorities and approaches—particularly within Agile and SAFe delivery models. • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to think analytically, identify root causes, assess trade‑offs, and recommend practical, well‑reasoned solutions in complex or ambiguous situations.
