• +3 years experience as a Full-stack application developer using SQL, C# and React.JS • Critical & Out-of-the box thinking ability • Ability to challenge status quo, suggest innovative solutions & improvements for existing application codebase and development environment • Ability to create automated tests • Punctuality/High-availability & Responsiveness during work hours • Attention to detail • Quick Learner of existing complex development environment that also requires good understanding business concepts related to contact center metrics/key business indicators. • Team Player
