• Design and own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices • Define and maintain the data model, CMDB structure, CSDM alignment, and overall application architecture • Translate business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions across domains such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or custom applications • Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and event-based patterns • Act as the go-to technical authority for ServiceNow within the organization — guiding teams, reviewing designs, and setting the bar for quality • Influence platform roadmaps, investment decisions, and adoption strategy based on business priorities and platform evolution
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field — mandatory • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and development • Certified in the ServiceNow Application Architect stream (CSA, CAD, and at least one CIS — ITSM, CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, or equivalent) • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification is a plus
