📋 Description

• Support the Senior Divisional Finance Director and relevant stakeholders for budgeting and decision making • Provide leadership in leveraging AI initiatives for business-wide process optimization • Ensure that team delivers the highest standard of teamwork and support within the BUs, functions and departments • Develop finance and accounting team goals that are fully aligned with the Division and Group goals • Develop a strong business and financial control environment • Manage the financial reporting process ensure maximum team’s productivity • Ensure a robust financial management reporting tool, process and reports are in place • Conduct in-depth performance / root-cause analysis on actuals to provide clear insights

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) • At least 10+ years of senior management experience in a manufacturing environment • Strong communication skills • Ability to articulate complex matters simply and concisely • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and programs • Ability to apply judgement in ambiguous situations delivering effective solutions • Strong in Excel & Powerpoint • Experience in SAP & Power BI is preferred
