📋 Description

• Support the Senior Divisional Finance Director and finance leadership teams across the Apparel Division and managed Business Units • Support strategic initiative development and goal setting • Lead AI initiatives for business-wide process optimization and finance integration • Ensure effective teamwork, resource deployment, and alignment of finance goals with Division and Group goals • Develop and maintain strong accounting and financial control environments compliant with Group policies • Manage financial reporting processes and leverage Group resources • Improve accounting and financial processes using Group best practices • Coordinate statutory compliance activities, including external audits, audited financial statements, GIA reviews, and local tax reviews • Maintain management reporting tools, processes, and reports • Drive annual budgeting and mid-term planning processes • Provide financial modelling and analysis for rolling forecasts, quarterly forecasts, Plan, and MTP • Conduct performance and root-cause analysis of actuals, trends, and variances • Lead financial analyses for revenue management, innovation, productivity, investment, Capex, and M&A decisions • Support operational management discussions and investment decision-making • Oversee cash management and banking relationships • Assist with short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasting • Manage financial and business risks for the business unit • Review and update local delegated authority as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) • At least 10+ years of senior management experience in a manufacturing environment • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Ability to articulate complex matters simply and concisely • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and programs • Ability to apply judgement in ambiguous situations and deliver effective solutions • Strong in Excel and PowerPoint • Experience in SAP and Power BI is preferred
