📋 Description

• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources • Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve business problems • Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models for production environments • Analyze customer behavior, business performance, operational efficiency, and market trends • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Executive teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions • Design and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and model monitoring frameworks • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate complex insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Conduct A/B testing, hypothesis testing, forecasting, and statistical modeling • Optimize data quality, model performance, and automation processes • Stay current with emerging AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science technologies and best practices • Support U.S.-based organizations across multiple industries by transforming complex data into actionable insights and data-driven strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL • Experience building, validating, and deploying machine learning models • Strong knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and data analysis • Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms • Experience communicating technical findings to business stakeholders • Professional English proficiency (B2+/C1 preferred; B2+ listed in requirements) • Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment • Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or LightGBM • Experience with data cleaning, feature engineering, and data visualization • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for data visualization and executive reporting
