📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable front-end and back-end web applications • Integrate modern AI APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Gemini, into existing software • Automate tasks, build intelligent agents, and create AI-driven internal workflows • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional AI-powered technology solutions • Implement data structures and pipelines, including basic RAG, enabling interaction with internal data using natural language • Maintain databases and troubleshoot bugs • Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices • Spearhead AI adoption and digital transformation for US-based companies

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional Full-Stack Software Development experience • Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, Express, Python, Django, or FastAPI • Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Gemini • Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, function calling, and API integrations • Experience building AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, or automated workflows • Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and integration of internal business data • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB • Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) • Ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts clearly to non-technical business owners or stakeholders • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills • Independent remote-working skills and strong time-management skills • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector databases such as Pinecone • Experience deploying scalable AI-powered commercial applications • Experience with AI agents, workflow automation, and business process optimization
