📋 Description

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure internal processes run smoothly • Ensure project deadlines are met and support project delivery • Use AI tools such as Notion AI, ChatGPT, and native AI features in Asana or ClickUp to draft SOPs • Summarize meeting transcripts and generate weekly performance reports • Implement and manage Agile/Scrum project management frameworks tailored to company needs • Map existing workflows and identify operational bottlenecks • Deploy AI-assisted automations to eliminate repetitive administrative tasks • Manage the company’s tech stack • Act as the main point of contact for communication and alignment across cross-functional teams • Track operational KPIs and support data-driven decision-making across departments

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management, Project Management, or similar roles within a digital-first company • Experience managing daily operations, workflows, teams, and project delivery • Proven experience using Generative AI to boost personal and team productivity • Experience writing prompts to create project plans • Experience using AI meeting assistants such as Otter.ai or Fireflies.ai • Expertise in Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar project management and collaboration tools • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Agile or Scrum certifications • Advanced English proficiency (C1), written and spoken • Ability to lead meetings and negotiate confidently with stakeholders • Strong organizational, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Experience implementing AI-assisted workflow automation • Experience managing cross-functional teams in digital-first or remote companies • KPI tracking, operational dashboards, and process improvement experience
