📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through successful completion • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Product, Finance, Sales, and Executive Leadership • Act as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients • Provide regular status updates and executive-level communication • Facilitate kickoff meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews • Track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies • Monitor KPIs, project health, team capacity, and overall performance using project dashboards • Ensure projects follow Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, documentation, and project governance • Prepare executive reports and communicate project progress to internal leadership and clients • Support digital transformation initiatives and process automation across the organization • Complete a one-way video interview as the next step in the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, Construction Management, Biotechnology, or a related field • 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end projects from initiation through successful delivery • Experience managing projects in Technology, Biotech, Construction, Engineering, Healthcare, or similar/complex industries • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects • Experience leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills • Executive-level communication experience • Experience working with cross-functional, international, remote, distributed, and multicultural teams • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar tools • Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and deliverables • Experience facilitating project meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and project status reviews • Experience preparing project dashboards, KPIs, executive reports, and progress updates for clients and leadership • Experience identifying project risks, implementing mitigation plans, and resolving project issues proactively • Professional/advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1), with experience communicating directly with U.S.-based clients and international teams • Strong problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability skills • Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment • Preferred certifications include PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP®, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe®, or PRINCE2 • Preferred experience with digital transformation, SaaS, cloud migration, ERP, infrastructure, biotech, or large-scale construction projects • Preferred experience with AI-powered productivity and project management tools • Preferred familiarity with Power BI or project portfolio reporting dashboards • Preferred experience creating project governance frameworks, PMO processes, or standardized project documentation
