📋 Description

• Take inbound travel requests and gather client preferences • Book flights, hotels, cruises, and packages for luxury clients • Input bookings into itinerary, commission-tracking, and CRM systems • Reconfirm every trip detail as the travel date approaches • Be on-call during live trips to resolve issues in real time • Help design workflows, connect CRMs, and identify API automations to improve efficiency • Interface with luxury clients and provide executive-level service

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of travel experience with booking and managing itineraries, including bookings, payments, deposits, and suppliers • Excellent customer service and executive-level communication • Comfortable working with C-suite and high-net-worth clients • English as a first language and perfect English fluency • 5+ years in travel as a concierge, with experience using concierge and booking systems • Experience with Safari Portal and Tern • Spanish fluency is good to have • Based in South Africa is good to have • Super-user experience with travel concierge systems such as Safari Portal, Tern, Travify, or Fora is good to have • Self-starter, critical thinker, and proactive communicator • High emotional intelligence and ability to handle service recovery • Ability to start at 6am ET • Part-time availability of 20 hours/week • Ability to create an English-language Coconut VA profile/resume • Ability to provide a 1-minute introduction video
