📋 Description
• You advise our clients on UX/UI topics, define requirements together with them, and create tailored target group analyses and customer journey maps • Preparing, coordinating and following up on workshops are also part of your responsibilities • You coordinate and conduct usability and behavioral pattern analyses as well as usability tests to optimize user flow and navigation • You develop UX concepts and create UX sitemaps, wireframes and clickable prototypes • You design new user interfaces, including using the Atomic Design methodology, to create consistent products for our clients
🎯 Requirements
• You are currently studying UX design or a comparable degree program (ideally already at Master's level) • You bring a comprehensive understanding of UX design • You are familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Figma • Ideally, you have skills in HTML/CSS and headless CMS systems such as Contentful or Storyblok • Experience applying heuristic principles on the web completes your profile • You know your strengths and limits; if you get stuck, you readily ask your team for help • You have a structured, independent way of working and a strong willingness to learn • Conceptual thinking, organization and reliability are among your strengths • You are enthusiastic about technology and software development • As our communication is entirely in German, very good German language skills of at least C1 are important to us
