📋 Description

• Own the technical health, performance, and architectural evolution of enterprise web applications • Engineer robust backends in C# / .NET Core / .NET 5+ and dynamic frontends in React.js • Design, build, and maintain high-throughput ASP.NET Web APIs and integration layers • Automate complex enterprise workflows and client-facing digital experiences • Architect modular component libraries, responsive web layouts, and state-managed frontends using TypeScript, React Hooks, Context, Redux / Zustand • Manage data persistence, schema design, complex stored procedures, and query performance tuning in Microsoft SQL Server • Integrate automated unit/integration test suites into cloud-native CI/CD pipelines using Azure, AWS, or GCP and Git workflows • Manage technical debt, conduct constructive code reviews, and author technical documentation • Mentor mid-level and junior engineers in nearshore agile teams • Collaborate with U.S.-based engineering teams and client leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional fullstack software engineering experience • Proven track record of building and scaling web applications in high-velocity startup or nearshore environments • Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, ASP.NET Web API, React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend state management • Strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft SQL Server, including complex schema design, indexing strategies, stored procedures, and performance tuning • Deep understanding of Git, automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, and cloud-native environments; Azure preferred • Strong ownership mindset • Exceptional analytical troubleshooting capabilities • Ability to navigate ambiguous codebases independently • Advanced English fluency, written and spoken, mandatory • Full-Time / Contractor engagement
