• Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, triggers, flows, and Lightning Web Components. • Configure and optimize Sales Cloud including leads, opportunities, forecasting, dashboards, and reporting. • Design and maintain Salesforce data models, security settings, profiles, and permission sets. • Automate business processes using advanced flows and approval workflows. • Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs and middleware. • Manage deployments through CI/CD and DevOps tooling. • Write unit tests, optimize performance, and ensure platform scalability. • Develop CRM Analytics dashboards, KPIs, and predictive insights. • Manage CRM Analytics dataflows, recipes, and SAQL queries. • Integrate Salesforce data with external data sources. • Support Marketing Cloud initiatives including email campaigns, customer journeys, and automations when required.
• Strong hands on experience with Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL. • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform including architecture, APIs, and CI/CD practices. • Proven experience with Sales Cloud automation, flows, and data modeling. • Experience with CRM Analytics or Tableau CRM including dataflows and SAQL. • Bonus experience with Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, AMPscript, or HTML and CSS. • Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile, cross functional teams. • Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, CRM Analytics Specialist, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, and Copado or OwnBackup certifications.
