📋 Description

• Work on backend development in Java within a network domain • Transform network feature definitions based on XML/XPath into Java-based implementations • Build and extend backend services and APIs supporting automation workflows • Integrate AI agents into development and automation processes, including AI-assisted code generation and validation • Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing • Investigate and resolve bugs, performance issues, and scalability challenges • Collaborate with engineers, QA, and architects in an agile environment • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Support continuous improvement of development and automation processes • Contribute to a strategic network automation initiative accelerating onboarding of network device features into an enterprise automation platform

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Java software development • Experience working with backend systems and API development • Knowledge of computer networks (switching, routing, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) • Experience using AI-assisted development tools or agentic AI workflows • Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) • Strong understanding of XML and XPath • Experience with REST-based services • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication skills and ability to work in an agile team • Good knowledge of English (B2+ level) • Professional experience working with Golang • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Experience working in large-scale or distributed systems • Knowledge of ReactJS or similar frontend frameworks • Experience with code generation or model-driven development approaches • Experience with performance tuning and scalability optimization
