📋 Description

• Own the dashboards that product and customer teams work from across most products • Turn complaints and open questions into defined metrics and track them over time • Catch product issues in the data before they become escalations • Work with the founder, product managers, engineers, and customer success to decide what to measure and explain why a number moved • Work across pre-service products, including visit cost estimates, eligibility and benefits, and a patient support voice agent • Work across post-service products, including patient billing and revenue cycle metrics • Build customer-facing metrics using AI tools such as Claude Code • Provide visibility into product performance and use data to identify product gaps

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years in data or product analytics • Strong SQL and Python • A product mindset: you start from what the customer experiences, not from what’s in the tables • Fluency with AI-assisted development, including Claude Code and similar agentic coding tools • Healthy skepticism about numbers: you validate before you trust • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Startup experience (nice-to-have) • Experience building dashboards people actually use with Metabase, Looker, or similar (nice-to-have) • Healthcare experience in eligibility and benefits, patient billing, or revenue cycle (nice-to-have) • Comfort reading application code to see where a number comes from (nice-to-have)
