📋 Description

• Provide luxury food and beverage service to guests • Maintain venue readiness, cleanliness, and safety standards • Manage bar setup, breakdown, equipment, and supplies • Support inventory, beverage menu development, and special events • Ensure compliance with sanitation, health, safety, and labor regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Valid STCW and flag-state certifications required for the position • Proven Head Bartender/Bar Manager experience in a 4-star cruise or hospitality environment • Strong knowledge of public health regulations, HACCP, and food & beverage operations • Minimum 12 months of previous experience in rank on a cruise ship • Substantial experience on large cruise ships with worldwide itineraries • Experience in trading areas USA and Australia recommended
