⢠Ensure the safety of crew, cargo, and environmental protection. ⢠Comply with international regulations and company policies. ⢠Maintain command and oversee ship operations. ⢠Collaborate with diverse teams while on board.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Overall ship's command and responsibility to ensure safety of crew, cargo and environmental protection. ⢠Responsible for the compliance with the International regulations and company safe practices and policies. ⢠Holder of valid COC (STWC Reg II/2) with verification. ⢠Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position. ⢠Experience with multi-cultural working environment. ⢠Good communication and leadership skills. ⢠Fluent in written and spoken English language. ⢠Safety culture and mindset. ⢠Minimum experience requirements: 9 months in rank on the same type/size of the vessel (min 1700 TEU). ⢠Experience in trading area US and Australia is recommended.
