📋 Description

• Build AI solutions for company research, document analysis, meeting summaries, and reporting • Integrate AI with internal systems, CRM platforms, and company data • Automate recurring tasks and measure improvements in efficiency and accuracy • Validate AI outputs, implement human review where needed, and protect confidential information • Maintain solutions and document processes • Train team members • Walk shortlisted interviewers through personally built work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 2–4 years of software development or automation experience, including at least 1 year building AI applications • Strong Python skills • Experience with APIs and SQL • Hands-on experience building AI applications using OpenAI or Anthropic APIs • Experience integrating AI applications with business systems • Experience validating AI outputs • Familiarity with document processing and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) • Strong English communication skills • Availability during US business hours • Financial services experience is a plus • Résumé and a link to a personally built AI solution via GitHub, portfolio, or recorded demonstration • A project example is required, including the problem solved, personal contribution, and results • Ability to provide accessible links for review • Ability to complete a brief practical assessment if shortlisted
