📋 Description

• Support end-to-end execution of client transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital-raising initiatives. • Prepare pitchbooks, conduct industry research, and coordinate with internal teams. • Work on M&A transactions, precedent deals, private placements, and fundraising initiatives by preparing financial analyses and supporting documentation. • Develop sell-side pitch materials to support client mandates, highlighting strategic opportunities to potential investors. • Prepare slides and assist senior team members in preparing presentation materials for client meetings. • Conduct in-depth industry, market, and product research to provide actionable insights to clients. • Gather financial data, perform detailed analyses, and support the seamless execution of transactions. • Assist senior bankers in business development activities by preparing background materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. • At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or corporate development. • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel. • Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating client-facing materials. • Fluent/advanced English required (written and verbal). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective project and time management skills. • Strong client service orientation and teamwork mindset. • CFA Level I candidate or higher (preferred but not required).
