📋 Description

• Lead the modernization of the architecture, focusing on scalability and resilience • Develop advanced prototypes (architectural POCs) and conduct validations independently • Serve as the primary point of contact between development and architecture teams, ensuring correct and efficient implementation • Conduct complex code reviews, ensuring adherence to advanced standards • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements and challenges into clear, viable technical solutions • Ensure integration and interoperability across multiple systems, proposing innovative solutions to complex challenges • Ensure that solutions are efficient and functional, considering both technology and business needs • Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, establishing documentation standards • Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional and technical growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Solid software development experience, with strong proficiency in Java • Solid experience in software architecture and solution architecture • Knowledge of design patterns and scalable architectures (microservices, event-driven architecture, and others) • Experience with cloud computing, especially Azure • Practical knowledge of generative AI tools applied to software development • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
